Feel free to bring any items that will help you stay occupied and make your appointment enjoyable, such as work materials, schoolbooks, etc. WIFI is available. *Please inform me if there's anything specific you require during your appointment to ensure a pleasant experience. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. A $25 fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Guests: Please note that extra guests are not permitted. If you believe an exception is necessary, contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.

No Call/No Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notification will be prohibited from future bookings, except under special circumstances. Fees may apply.

Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: Clients have the option to call and cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund for the deposit. Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits become non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling beyond the initial 24-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 25% of the total service cost.
