❌ Cancellations, Rescheduling & Deposits

Deposits are refundable only within 24 hours of booking. After that, they are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, all deposits and payments are forfeited.

Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. If requested less than 72 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Hair Included: Provided for all styles except select crochet. Bringing your own? Let us know in advance before booking.

⏰ Late Arrivals & Guests

15-minute grace period. After that, a $25 late fee per 15 minutes applies.

No extra guests unless pre-approved.
