Hair is included for all services, except some crochet styles. If you'd like to bring your hair, just reach out to let us know!

💖 Comfort and Amenities 💖
Enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks during your visit. Need a break? Just ask! WiFi is available, and you’re welcome to bring anything you need to stay comfortable—whether that’s work materials, schoolbooks, or entertainment.

Payment: Balances can be settled through Zelle or cash.

Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. A $25 fee applies if you’re over 15 minutes late.

Guests: To ensure a relaxing environment, extra guests are not allowed. If you need an exception, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

No Call/No Show: If you’re unable to make it, please let us know. No-call/no-shows may affect future bookings.

Deposits: Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of booking. After that, they become non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of booking for a refund.

Cancellations: Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of 25% of the total service cost.
