⚠️ Note: If you choose any installment plan, your appointment is subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

❌ Cancellations, Rescheduling & Deposits

Deposits are refundable only within 24 hours of booking. After that, they are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, all deposits and payments are forfeited.

Example: If your appointment is Friday at 2:00 PM, you must cancel by Wednesday at 2:00 PM.

Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. If requested less than 72 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late-Night Appointments: Start at 6 PM.

Two-Braider Option: Text 945-544-3330 for faster service.

Hair Included: Provided for all styles except select crochet. Bringing your own? Let us know in advance.

Amenities: Snacks, drinks, WiFi, and a cozy atmosphere included.

⏰ Late Arrivals & Guests

15-minute grace period. After that, a $25 late fee per 15 minutes applies.

No extra guests unless pre-approved.
