Late Arrivals
There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied for every additional 15 minutes.

Guests
Extra guests are not permitted. If you believe an exception is necessary, you must contact us in advance to request approval.

Required Deposit
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment will be canceled. Deposits are refundable only within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • For clients using installment plans (Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Cherry), the full appointment cost is collected online at the time of booking and serves as the required deposit. No remaining balance will be due at the appointment.

  • For clients paying with cash or Zelle, the deposit secures the appointment and the remaining balance will be due in full at the appointment via Zelle or Cash.

Payment Options
We now accept: Shop Pay, Affirm (FM), Afterpay, Cherry, Zelle, and Cash.
Installment payments (Shop Pay, Affirm, Afterpay, Cherry) are processed fully online at the time of booking. Zelle installment plans require manual setup before booking and must be arranged directly by contacting us at 945-544-3330.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of booking to receive a deposit refund.

  • After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, all deposits and payments are forfeited.

  • Example: If your appointment is Friday at 2:00 PM, you must cancel or reschedule no later than Wednesday at 2:00 PM.

  • Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance. If requested less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Refund Policy
All payments and deposits are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once services have been rendered.
