Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period. A $25 fee will be applied if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Guests: Please note that extra guests are not permitted. If you believe an exception is necessary, contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request..
Required Deposit: A deposit is mandatory to secure your appointment and must be made within 24 hours of booking. Failure to pay the required deposit will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment after 24 hours. The deposit is non-refundable. Remaining Balance: "SHOP PAY" IS NOT ALLOWED FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE. Your balance will be collected upon arrival, and we accept payments through Zelle or cash. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
Cancellation/Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: Clients have the option to call and cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of booking to receive a refund for the deposit. Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits become non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling beyond the initial 24-hour window, the deposit will not be refunded.
